Usage:
The Toast-Host consists
of two main parts, one
holding the toast and
one containing the heat
source.
Pop your bread into your
toaster for cooking.
This will take a few
minutes.
Whilst this is
happening, simply remove
the toast rack from the
base by lifting at each
end.
Ignite the tea lights in
the base unit (DO NOT
LIGHT THE SPARE TEA
LIGHTS) and
replace the top by
inserting the location
lugs into their
corresponding slots.
Now your toast has
cooked, slice the bread
in half, triangles
recommended, and place
one slice into each of
the rack slots provided.
If your toaster only
cooks 2 slices in one
go, the first slices
will keep hot whilst you
cook 2 more.
The Toast-Host will hold
up to 8 portions of
cooked toast.
Once the Toast-Host is
full, carry the
Toast-Host to where you
want to have your
breakfast. You will only
have to return to the
kitchen if you require a
refill of toast.
The toast will keep hot
for around 30
minutes depending upon
the thickness of the
bread used. The longer
the toast is kept hot
the crisper it will
become so we recommend
30 minutes but you
may find a shorter or
longer time more
appropriate.
Bread up to a thickness
of 13mm (1/2") can be
accommodated.
The tea lights will last
for around 4 hours so
will safely last
for the duration of
breakfast. They can be
extinguished and re-lit
at any time. After 4
hours of use replace
them, ready for the next
day's use.
To clean the Toast-Host,
separate the two
components, remove the
tea lights & place both
parts in your dishwasher
for cleaning.
Only the metal toast
rack will require
regular cleaning to keep
it in perfect condition.
